I'm a book & coffee kind of girl.

Welcome to the book page. I am hoping that you are also as much of a bookaholic as I am. So, my thoughts for this page are to kind of just have it be my book ramble page. I read a lot. Books and stories are such a wonderful way to clear your head and kind of escape the mess of life. Honestly, I could get in more reading time if I actually " had" a little more reading time. There's no reason to dwell on that though now, is there? I read at least 1 book every two-ish weeks. Now, I know you are wondering why I think you care about this. Haha well now I am too.

Every year I make a reading goal for myself. A couple years ago I used a few examples I found on Pinterest and put together a very specific and intense reading list. For example, some of the topics were: A book that is 100 years older than you, a book that has a number in the title, a sci-fi book. Those are just a couple of examples. That was a really fun reading challenge. The last couple of years my reading challenges have been a bit more boring. Its more like how many books I am hoping to read in a year.

I am kind of all over the map with what books I like. Recently, I have read things anywhere from 'Little Women', 'Miss Peregrine's Home of Peculiar Children' series, 'Where the Crawdads Sing', and 'The Wedding Dress'. I am currently reading 'The Library of Lost and Found'. I just finished reading 'Where'd You Go, Bernadette' so expect a review on that soon!

I hope that, even if you aren't an avid reader, you will either enjoy hearing about these books or maybe, just maybe, it will encourage you to pick up reading as well. At the end of each review, I will be posting the title of the next book I read.
